DIANA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Diana is an app for manifestation, visualization and personal growth. What you tell Diana is personal, so this policy says plainly what we keep, why, who helps us, and how you stay in control. It applies to the Diana app for iPhone and Android and to dianamanifest.app.

Who we are

Diana is developed and operated by Luis Gustavo Rodrigues Alves, Brazil (“Diana”, “we”), the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@dianamanifest.app.

Your data is kept on your device and in Diana’s private cloud so nothing is lost. Only you can reach it: every record is tied to your account and protected so no one else can read or change it. Your profile photo stays on your device.

We do not show ads, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we never sell your data or share it for marketing. We don’t use analytics or advertising SDKs.

Who helps us (service providers)

These providers may process data outside your country (mainly in the United States). We rely on their contractual safeguards for international transfers, as required by the LGPD (Brazil) and the GDPR (European Union).

Legal bases

We process your data to provide the service you ask for (performance of a contract), with your consent where the law requires it (for example, optional information such as sexual orientation, and news emails), and for our legitimate interest in keeping Diana secure and working. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our servers right away, and from backups within 30 days.

Your rights and your control

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Your session is stored in your device’s secure keychain. On our servers, each record is reachable only by its owner, files are private, and the keys to our providers stay on our servers, never in the app.

Children

Diana is meant for adults (18 and older) and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
