Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Luis Gustavo Rodrigues Alves, Brazil (“Diana”, “we”), for using the Diana app. By using Diana you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the app.
What Diana is — and isn’t
Diana is a tool for reflection, visualization and personal growth. It is not therapy, and it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Future Selves are imagined stories written by artificial intelligence to help you visualize; they don’t predict or guarantee any result. If you are going through a crisis, please contact a health professional or your local emergency services.
Your account
Diana creates a private account for you when you first open the app. You must be 18 or older. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
What you write is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Diana to you — for example, to write and voice your Future Selves through our service providers, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Don’t submit content that is illegal, hateful, or that violates other people’s rights.
Generated content
Future Selves and affirmations are generated for your personal use. They may contain mistakes; you can rewrite your manifestation, edit affirmations, or delete anything at any time. Diana writes up to four Future Selves per account per week.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Free trials, when offered, turn into a paid subscription unless canceled before they end. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s policies. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for access for as long as Diana is offered, with the same allowance of up to four new Future Selves a week; it doesn’t cancel an existing subscription, which you turn off in your account settings.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Diana: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, to reach other people’s data, or to use it to harm anyone.
Diana’s content
The app, its design, texts, illustrations and voice are protected; you may use them only through the app, for yourself.
Ending
You can stop using Diana and delete your account at any time (Settings › Delete Account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Diana is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer protections of your country of residence.
